01Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched quickly on business days, typically within 24 to 48 hours of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Members receive priority handling, which moves qualifying orders to the front of the queue for same-day or next-business-day dispatch where possible.

02Shipping options

Two shipping methods are available at checkout, both fully insured and tracked end to end:

• Premium Insured Shipping, $20, and complimentary for members and on orders over $250.
• Express 2-Day Air, $30, for expedited transit.

You will see the available options and final shipping cost before you confirm your order.

03Tracking

A tracking email is sent automatically the moment your order ships. Tracking also syncs to your account and to the order tracking page, so you can follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery in one place.

04Shipping area

We ship within the United States. Delivery timelines depend on the method selected at checkout and the destination address.

05Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the items and packaging.

Once an issue is verified, we will replace the affected items or issue a refund. Keeping the original packaging until the matter is resolved helps us move quickly.

06Refunds

Because these are research materials, opened or used items cannot be returned. Unopened, unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

Approved refunds are returned by the original person-to-person method used for payment (Zelle, Cash App, or Apple Pay). Please allow a short processing window once a return is received and verified.

07Research use only

All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use only. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, and not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. Buyers are responsible for safe, lawful handling and for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
