02Research use only
All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, and not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. The buyer assumes full responsibility for the safe, lawful, and appropriate handling, storage, and disposal of all materials purchased.
03Eligibility
To purchase, you must be at least 21 years of age, qualified to handle research materials, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. By ordering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
04No resale for human use
Products may not be resold, relabeled, or distributed for human or veterinary use under any circumstances. Buyers who resell research materials are responsible for ensuring their own customers meet the same eligibility and use requirements.
05Orders & pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to decline, limit, or cancel any order, including orders that appear to violate these terms or applicable law. Where an order is cancelled after payment, any amount received will be returned by the original method.
06Payment
Payment is accepted on a person-to-person basis only, through Zelle, Cash App, or Apple Pay. We do not process credit cards and do not collect or store card numbers. Orders are prepared and shipped after payment has been received and confirmed.
07Shipping & risk of loss
Shipping methods, costs, and timelines are described on our Shipping and Refunds page. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Insured, tracked shipping is provided on every order.
08Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, product imagery, and documentation, is the property of BioFusion Aminos or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute this content without written permission.
